Chelsea is very knowledgeable about brows. She’s done mine twice now! She always makes sure I’m happy with the results before leaving. She’s a perfectionist and gives her honest opinion, which is the greatest part! Very helpful, understanding and knows how to deliver! She’s definitely the best around.
