We had an issue with two appliances that we bought at Terry’s. He went above and beyond to help us rectify the situation. That would’ve never happened with a big box store. Wonderful customer service, you can’t beat it.

I had a really great experience at Terry's Appliance Center. When I initially purchased a dishwasher through a big retailer that rhymes with "Bros," I had an awful experience. I returned that item to the big box bro and came to Terry's. When I walked in the store someone asked if they could help. I told the associate that I was looking for a Stainless Dish Washer and he took me right to his stock. He asked what kind of bells and whistles I was looking for. Terry looked into what he had and showed me two items that had a great price. It was a no-nonsense transaction. With their dishwashers they work with a third party installer out of Swansea that was fantastic. I purchased by dishwasher on Tuesday and it was installed that Thursday! I saved money by going to Terry's. I had faster and better service by going to Terry's. It was a great experience.
