We are wanting to remove existing walls in our home and could not determine if they were weight-bearing and the floor plans have already been purged from city records. After years of research and opinions from various contractors, Larry Wright was able to give us a definitive answer within minutes. He responded promptly to my initial call, then quickly reviewed my follow up emails with pictures attached, and finally examined my project in person the following day! To top it all off, Mr. Wright gave us great news by giving us the thumbs up to remove any walls we wanted! After nearly 5 years of staring at a hideous dividing wall we cannot thank Tekneek Architecture enough for taking the time to look at our home.
