Steve and Sally Jo were extremely helpful as my agents buying a house in Florence, Oregon. Steve had all the problems listed in the inspections taken care of. Sally Jo explained the escrow business, and walked me through all the acquisition details done with DocuSign. I was able to do the entire purchase from my home. The whole experience was a piece of cake. The Wickhams are great folks, so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them if you are planning to do a Real Estate venture.

We were lucky to have stumbled on Steve and Sally Jo when we cold-called for a tour of a property that we had driven past. We couldn’t have done better had we interviewed 5 candidates! They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough, effective and efficient. They were hugely useful for a period during which we were traveling and could not attend to details in person.
