Xander grew up in the area and we wanted an agent who knew Eugene. We had lived in our home for 28 3/4 years and wanted a family who would continue to grow and love the property as much as we had.

He referred me to a great realtor who helped me sell my condo in New Jersey and kept in touch regularly as I was getting ready to move to Oregon. He was open and available and had great suggestions as we started the process of looking, he kept on top of things and helped me stay on top of things, and he referred me to great local people for everything from my mortgage to the renovations we're going to end up doing. We are thrilled with the house we bought. I don't intend to sell it anytime soon, but if we ever buy again in Eugene, I will definitely be going back to Xander.
