Iv been a member for almost 2years and wow they don’t train any new employees! Everytime I go in they set me yo a higher amount then I ASK FOR! I asked for only 5mins because I know my skin! You can see in the picture the booth is Set to 10mins Which btw is a safety issue! And health issue! I pay to go here so I don’t have to get ove

Terrible Customer Service! If you say you're going to open at a certain time, then as a business that might be a good strategy to keep customers. Or be honest and say you'll open between 10-10:15. Associates are rude and a joke which obviously is a reflection on management. Maybe try caring about all your customers, not just the "whi

This place is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Highly recommend you buy a package- $50 for unlimited + teeth whitening... unreal! The Norvell spray tan booth is wonderful. The tan is super deep and natural. They have ample parking out front and are right next to a bunch of other awesome businesses!

Great place to tan . Have had a few issues in the past in regards to my membership and payment scheduling which all came down to a few computer glitches they had to fix . But after that I've had no issues since and I like this Tan Republic location . It's super convenient for me and the staff here are tremendous . I totally recommend

I went to tan. Guard was smiling at me WITH NO MASK. Staff member was female wearing her mask as a chin strap. I will not return to this location. They do not follow companies policy or state safety standards. I am sure they will be closed soon. They just don't care!

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for two and half months. My credit card is still being charged and “upper management” will not respond to emails. I went to the location to request some assistance and was told she would leave my info for the manager to call, if they decide to call. It’s been two days, no call. Such a joke. I’

They will charge your credit card after yoy tell them you no longer need their services. I hate crooked companies like this that think you might not notice the charge. I did notice snd i filed a claim
