I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for two and half months. My credit card is still being charged and “upper management” will not respond to emails. I went to the location to request some assistance and was told she would leave my info for the manager to call, if they decide to call. It’s been two days, no call. Such a joke. I’
I am very satisfied with the customer service Michelle gives not only to me me but all the customers coming in to tan. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and keeps the place clean. I have been tanning in las vegas for 40 years Tan Republic has been by far the best.
I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming to the Tropicana location of Tan Republic for years and nowhere else in Vegas comes close to the prices, cleanliness, and services offered. Brook is always so friendly and seeing her is the highlight of my day!
I always tan here when I vacation to see family! Always greeted by the friendliest most helpful staff! Beds and salon are always spotless! The staff are knowledgeable of the products and I always bring home new lotion for my tanning bed back at home! 10 out of 10 recommend tanning here!
Amazing tanning salon! The equipment is great, everything is always very clean, and the new management has really made the place even better. I also love the light therapy options. Great prices, convenient location, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
