Carlo inspected an old house that we are in the process of buying. The walk-thru with him and the incredible report are so valuable to us in prioritizing repairs and modernizing safety aspects of the home. I would always recommend that an inspection is done prior to buying a home, especially an old one, and the thoroughness with which Carlo performed both the inspection, and the clarity of the reported items is impressive to say the least.
