T-Mobile has been the most wonderful business to work with, they have excelled in providing service and support for my use of their products. For over 25 years they have resolved any and all issues I've had, quickly and successfully. They are an amazing business.
Had a great experience today 10/6/22 obtaining service and 2 iPhones. Cloe in the Norman Oklahoma store was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions. She even stayed past her going home time to make sure our data successfully transferred to our new phones! Over all we received comparable plan versus metro PCS plus 2 phones all for $150/M! Very pleased! Edit10/21/22 came back to buy 2 more phones at the BOGO special and T-mobile is not honoring the deal the nice young lady above quoted me! She said if I came back within 30 days I could get 2 more phones for the same price as my first 2 phone purchased 2 weeks prior. Highly disappointed and so are my kids! Should have bought all 4 phones at the same time!
