Luke and Dylan arrived promptly. Upon arrival they hooked a generator to my oxygen concentrator. When it was time to turn off the electricity they gave me notice. They worked diligently and when they reached the point for electricity to be turned on I was informed they had contacted KU. My husband was shown how to operate the generator before they left. I highly recommend Synergy Home. Everyone from Jamie, the owner to Luke and Dylan, the installers were professional and thorough.
