Dealing with Suntech has been a truly positive experience from Tony doing maintenance, the Project Manager, Dustin, going over my options and Tyler and Caleb installing my system. Each person gave incredible customer service and I felt valued as a customer. Having moved to OKC recently, means finding companies I can trust ....I've found my heat/air/plumbing place. Suntech came out on very quick notice for what was supposed to be a routine HVAC maintenance which turned into our furnace having to be replaced entirely. They did all the repairs quickly and efficiently. Even the owner came out to make sure the work was being properly assessed. They even offered what they could in terms of financing, rebates, etc. knowing the unexpected and hefty charge. Great company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
