Not Honest and Does Not Communicate

Hired this company off Angi to come and clean up a yard and flowerbeds in order to prep a house for sale. They came on Monday, October 2 and did the work. They took a couple of photos of the work and texted them to us. Based on the photos, we paid them via Venmo. BIG MISTAKE. Tuesday, October 3, upon live inspection, the back door is shattered from an obvious rock chip. A bedroom window is also broken, also from an obvious rock chip. We tried calling them multiple times, but the call goes straight to voicemail. It is clear our number has been blocked. Before leaving a bad review, I even emailed Carson on Thursday, October 6. Still, zero response. Their website claims “Honest & Efficient Work” and “Through open communication and exceptional service.” Carson is not honest and does not communicate He will do shoddy work, not fess up to mistakes, and steal your money.
