Streamline Plumbing

If I could give more than five stars, I would! They came recommended by a friend and within a few minutes of calling, I had an appointment and they ended up being able to come earlier than expected. They were knowledgeable, honest, efficient, timely, kind and straight to the point. Exactly what I hope more service providers would be like! They diagnosed the issue quickly, and had an estimate within minutes (that was very fair, especially considering previous experiences). Not only that, they fixed the issue with our washer faucets/valves, installed an access panel for our washer valves, and were very professional throughout the process. I was so impressed and am so glad to have found a new plumber we can trust and absolutely refer!

The entire process working with Streamline Plumbing was excellent, from start to finish. You set up your appointment online, they send you text and email confirmations beforehand, and let you know when they're on their way. The trip charge was transparently posted on their website. Once they arrived, I showed them around to our various plumbing issues, and they had a quote ready within 5 minutes. The work was completed in under 15 minutes. Payment was quick and easy, and I got a receipt immediately sent to my email. They were friendly, knowledgeable, competitive and transparent with their pricing and efficient - all of the qualities you want in a plumbing company. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work!

Wow! Fantastic work and awesome experience! I scheduled an appointment online (which was very easy and straightforward), and Levi came to my home to consult and figured out the best/most efficient solution to significantly improve our hot water situation. Two days later everything was done! Levi was a real pleasure to work with. He is very kind, knowledgeable, hard working, adds a ton of value to plumbing, and is a great human in general. I highly recommend Levi and Streamline Plumbing to anyone. If/when something else plumbing related breaks/malfunctions in my house, I’ll look forward to the opportunity of scheduling another appointment with Streamline Plumbing :) Update: Our circuit breaker kept tripping, so the water could not heat up. Levi was super responsive and came back the next morning at 9am and determined it wasn't an electrical issue with the water heater. He called an electrician colleague (Weston- also great), who came over in 30 minutes and replaced the circuit breaker (it was old and finally broke). Everything is working very well now. The customer service I received was amazing- unreasonably great actually. I'm trying hard to think of an equivalent or better experience that I've had with a service industry/business, and I haven't come up with anything. Ten stars!
