I am happy to revise my initial 1 star rating. I was so upset yesterday with the seeming incompetence. This morning I went back to the shop and spoke directly with the manager, Toby. He was able to explain in a reasonable manner the reason that I didn't get my tires serviced yesterday. He checked and found that they did have the correct TPMS to replace in my tires. He bumped me to the head of the line (which was above and beyond) and my car was serviced in a very timely manner. Thank you Toby! ****I called two days ago and made an appointment to get the TPMS replaced in my tires. I had already had them tested and knew they needed to be replaced. I made an appointment for this afternoon, and after waiting 50 minutes the employee came up to me and told me that they did not have the parts needed. Wouldn't you think that as the appointment was made, the inventory would be checked to assure that the needed parts would be in stock?? What did they do for 50 minutes? I was told they checked to see if the TPMSs did indeed need to be replaced. I told them two days ago that they had already been tested! Their solution? Come back tomorrow because the manager said the parts would come in then. Best to come in the afternoon. ARRRRGGGHHH
