Very nice staff ! Probably out of their control but it has happened a few times where they aren't well supplied and thus can't accommodate large orders I place. I must say staff has come up with creative solutions most of the time when these challenges arise. I appreciate their good attitude
I needed a pick me up to finish the drive home and this is a convenient location, my only issue, and this is with all Starbucks, is I feel really devalued as a customer when I choose to come in the store and yet am the last to receive assistance. I dislike that online orders get precedence over the customer standing right in front of you.
