I’ve been to Spencer Auto Repair for maintenance of my vehicle a few times now. They provided excellent service both times. Their prices are fair and they don’t try to price gouge you. The lobby is clean and nice. I’m always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. It has a small town vibe where they remember you and you don’t feel like just another customer. Our Car A/C was not blowing cool air. Spencer provided us written detail estimate. We got repair done. Pur car A/C is again blowing cool air. They did excellent work. They seems very honest also give 3 year 36000 miles warranty. Gave us senior discount. We are very please with their service. They have excellent customer service and follow-up also provide courtesy shuttle for pick-up and drop off if you have to leave your card for long. Did the work in very professional and timely manner.
