New customers to Spectrum. The current store manager KIM was present, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She was a huge help. The representative that helped in-store was Tyler There were SO many random hurdles and challenges for him to work through and not once did he seem overwhelmed or frustrated. Tyler was very thorough and patient and got the best available for the mobile needs of 3 individuals - and home Internet.
