I'm so glad I chose to go to this location. The check in process was so easy and I was in and out of there to drop off my dogs in under 30 minutes. When I picked them up, the same experience happened, I was in and out of there quickly. The staff was very nice and made the experience much easier than I thought it would be. I will definitely be going here more often for any pet needs!
Had three full size dogs that needed annual shots, saved us $400. The divided seat waiting area was nice, just wish other people would control their dogs as I was having to hold back my three dogs as I filled out paperwork. I will say the leash holder on the wall, while cute, did not help me at all because my retractable leashes would not fit nor stay on if I had one that could fit (Again holding back three dogs while filling out paperwork). Otherwise the staff was nice, those that I interact with, and we saved a ton of money. Lastly I will give big big props to the staff, a customer came in and stated that her dog will be going full bonkers when she brings him in. Luckily I was exiting soon and while loading up my dogs, an employee stepped outside and asked a different client who was about to walk in to wait a few minutes as they had this crazy dog inside. I thanked her for waiting till I exited. First visit was relatively good.
