Dr Kenneally offers top notch service and care. In the five or so years as a patient I have never had a traumatic or unpleasant experience. Prices are affordable even if you don't have dental insurance. The staff are welcoming and easy to work with. I trust that their technology up to date. I love that they don't push services upon you or shame you. The office is clean, uncluttered and very comfortable. They have a great system for protecting the health and comfort of the patients. I truly feel I get the best care from Dr Kenneally's team.
5 stars is not high enough!
I was referred, (by my previous dentist of 10 years) for a dental emergency while my dentist-was on vacation to Dr Steed and Dr Keneally. When I contacted them they immediately provided me with an appointment and while there, discussed several options, financial and dental, on how they could help.
When Dr Steed completed my work, I couldn't believe how, fast, professional and compassionate she was to another dentists patient. I was so pleased with how my tooth felt and looked I knew her passion and quality was superior to my dentist. While checking out I met Nicole, Kim and Denise of the office staff-they shared the same level of caring and welcoming personalities as Dr Steed and her dental assistants.
It has been a few years since my emergency appointment and my only regret is Southern Maine Dental was not my original dental office.! I have referred many friends to them, all pleased with excellent dental care and very accommodating customer service. It may seem odd, but going to the dentist is now a pleasant experience!
