There just isn’t a gym out here like SR. The coaches get to know each member no matter your fitness level. The classes are SMALL which allows you to learn the BEST form and build the BEST relationships. It is affordable. It is simply my home away from home. I’ve been going to Solid Rock for almost 5 months now, I must say it’s by far been my best gym experience! Everyone at Solid Rock is so encouraging and supportive of each other. The coaches/staff genuinely care for each and every person there. They take the time to make sure proper form is being used and are more than willing to answer any question at any time. Accountability is top notch! Joining Solid Rock is one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself!
