Your coach is there for you the entire journey in weight loss and health issues. I have lost 52.5 lbs and couldn't haven't done this without having my DNA and other medical tests. I am learning how to heal my body, eat the right foods and excercise correctly. Its been like peeling an onion finding out everything. This is the best place ever. Knowledge is power, you don't know what you don't know. I have been on a health and wellness journey this year and have finally put it all together thanks to Sarah. I have many food allergies and food sensitivities. I you that inflammation has been blocking my weight loss for years. Now I know what I need to keep my system in balance. Thank you Sarah.
