Dr. Bigbee was very professional and personal. He made me feel very comfortable. My fear was the shot to numb and he even is great at making that aspect doable! My nurse was amazing also.

I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face today via the MOHS procedure and everyone, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the surgeon, were extremely friendly and professional. I was very nervous to have this procedure done, and everyone made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure room is comfortable, they play nice music and engage in fun conversation during the procedure which is awesome! The whole process was very efficient, however I never felt rushed. Dr. Bigbie and his staff took the time to answer all of my questions and fully explain everything to me. As someone in my 30's, I was very nervous about scarring (seeing as my basal cell was on my face) and was very pleased to see that the incision was tiny. I was also told that there shouldn't be a noticable scar once healed, which is great! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to have this procedure done!
