We have worked with this company for 8+ years -not only did we rent a home from them for 8 years, but we still currently rent commercial space with Silverton Reality. In that time we had the furnace go out twice, they were able to get someone out right away to fix it and even provided us with space heaters when the repair guy needed to wait for a part to arrive. We also had a few problems with the well, and every time the problem was fixed the same day even when it happened on a holiday weekend. Silverton Reality has above and beyond customer service - when we needed to relocate our shop Micha was able to help us find exactly what we needed - great company to do business with.
