I would recommend this place to anyone not just friends and family. I have been taken care of and treated with the upmost respect from the first initial phone call that was taken by the therapist named Brett when the receptionist was out. He was patient and sympathetic with me even when I was agitated with him for just trying to get me processed into the system. He still took the time to explain what he was doing and why and the benefit it would be not only for the receptionist when she returns but for me when I came in for my evaluation. Once I visit the facility and meet with the staffs they were friendly, professional and eager to make me feel as comfortable as possible by explaing the creditianials of each staff and the safety protocol for the staffs and the clients. Last but not least, so eager and willing to work with my schedule to fit me in to make sure I get the sessions and time I need for my treatments to be successful and I get back to living a normal and healthier life. I can honestly say thus far they are doing their part.
