I chatted with Valerie on the phone today. She was incredibly kind and helpful. I have had issues with my other credit union lately so I decided to try Selco. The person that helped me set up the account was great and super helpful. I was then transferred to Valerie to apply for a credit card. She was able to get that started and thoroughly explained everything. I had some additional questions and she was able to answer all of them! I'm very grateful for her assistance today!

Helpful personal customer service—Even though my small CD was going to renew at a 6-month rate on its own, Joe S. from the West 11th Ave. SELCO Branch called and told me that they had a better rate on a 9-month term. I was surprised and impressed that he took the time to reach out with a way to earn me more money on my small account. This personalized service will ensure that I will continue to do my banking at this SELCO. I also want to commend the friendly greeting I receive when I initially walk into the branch and the helpful and efficient bank tellers whether at the window in the bank or at the drive through.
