He helped us understand the current market and directed us to an excellent lender to give us an understanding of exactly what we could afford. We looked at multiple properties and Roland was extremely great about being available when I’d call with another house to see. When we found our dream place, there were already offers and 11 eventually submitted to the seller. It was because of Roland’s knowledge about the process that our offer stood out to the seller and was the one accepted! Roland was so reassuring and knowledgeable during the process of home inspection and final negotiations, making the process seamless and easy. I can’t say enough about how easy he made the whole transaction. I feel like we met a friend not just a realtor that day!
