Jordan and his team came through with a great installation. I'm sure every install is unique but for every challenge in this setting they resolved it with good questions for me and the hard work to make it right. They installed an AC unit to an existing furnace. And even helped with the thermostat I installed (not their responsibility). I recommend using them but especially hats off to Jordan and his team.
Santiam Heating saved the day! My A/C was not working and another HVAC contractor came out to look at it. They said my compressor was burned up and quoted $3400.00 to replace the A/C unit. I was resigned to a big bill. But I had already scheduled Santiam to come by a couple of days later. I was late to the appointment and by the time I got there Jim Bean (Technician Extraordinaire) had fixed the problem (bad capacitor), washed out the cooling fins and vacuumed out the condensation pipe. Charged me $170.00. I have for sure have found an honest company and they have a loyal customer.
