We Recently relocated to TN from NY and this company went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy in our new home, the house smells absolutely refreshing. THANK YOU The carpets look brand new and smells like a new home -We had the pleasure of meeting Xavier , he is a technician with this company, Xavier is extremely professional, punctual and tactful - Xavier explained the process to us in full detail and went out of his way to work through obstacles, Xavier waited for over an hour to iron out details and his professional nature was quite comforting after a long trip across the country!! Xavier is courteous and I’m blown away by the etiquette of this company! I highly recommend this company. If you can, request Xavier, you will not be disappointed-dedicated to meet your needs-In a world where it appears that no one cares-Xavier made sure he met all our needs! Thank you so much! We will recommend this company going forward, as word of mouth is the best advertisement!
