Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Two days after moving into our new house, the pipe from the house to our septic quit draining. I called Jeff Johnson of Roto-Rotor on a Sunday after being referred to him by a friend. He responded promptly to my call and was able to work around my own work schedule and showed up at 6:45am the next morning. He had our pipe flowing in about 15 minutes and showed me through the camera what the issue was and gave us a quote on repairs that could be done to prevent issues in the future. I will definitely be calling him again if any problems arise in the future.

After a long day at work I found myself with a messy plumbing issue that I really needed help with. I called Roto Rooter and Brian came out to the cabin and quickly eliminated my issue. He even cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate the quality service and we be calling back if needed

Arturo was the technician for my water leak and shower faucet replacement. He also help me to locate the water shut off valve which was hidden in the crawl space. He was very professional and patient, explained everything I should know including future suggestions. Customer services was also great they arranged the prompt service for me.
