I was referred to Loren by a colleague. Immediately upon receiving my first call, Loren began to give me information about what to expect during a preapproval for a home loan, and he got to work on making sure I had everything put together to begin looking for a house. As a first-time homebuyer, buying property felt complicated and difficult, but Loren was always timely in his responses and helped me navigate the process with as much ease as possible (including making it painless when I rescinded one of my offers). Not once did I feel pressured, and Loren waited to pull my credit until I was 100% ready -- which is not always the case with lenders. His knowledge about home vs. condo purchasing and off-the-cuff questions about insurance, etc. were reassuring at every step. Finally, I appreciated Loren's transparency about his commission and the timing for potential refinancing in a rapidly changing market. I would absolutely recommend Loren and cannot say enough good things about working with him.
