Excellent in all aspects of the process. Eric was patient with my many changes of flooring; reworking quotes; and moving installation dates several times due to other construction delays. Excellent communication: was available by text all hours and so helpful. Installation was top notch. Very well done. Pricing very reasonable. I went with Cortec Carthage Oak Herringbone. So very pleased. Beautiful natural brown tone. Doesn’t look yellow or gray. Will include pics but still under construction.

We had carpet replaced in our upstairs - Rite Rug did the tear up, removal/disposal of old carpet and new carpet installation. They were great to work with on the front end, Eric met me on site to show samples and provide an accurate quote. They were able to come on the day we needed and communicated with us that day and showed up on time. The carpet installation looks fantastic. There were lots of nooks and corners they had to work with and they did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend. Also the most affordable option I could find!
