I did try to deal with this company online, however, the person dealing with me was slow to respond and so slow to respond that I got out of the chat and made the phone call to find the answers I needed. The agent that I dealt with was very easy to talk to and find out what I needed to know before I created an account and rented a unit. The process of renting a unit was extremely easy to do and all the ins and outs to what I needed to know with the lease was extremely easy to understand. Now just to buy my own lock : - ) they are definitely easy to deal with.
