I had previously left a 1 star rating but want to ammend this as my experience yesterday with Crystal was SO impressive. Absolutely giving Quest another chance. I have tiny, slippery, breakable veins. All of my lab draws are painful and long, sometimes requiring a specialist. Not for Crystal though! I didn't feel the stick of the needle and she got my vein immediately. How did she do it???? She is highly skilled and good at it. I was blown away. Thank you Crystal!!
