Today, I took my 91 year old mother to have blood drawn. Jae was excellent making her feel welcome. My mom's veins are hard to find and roll. Jae found her vein with no problem and my mom didn't even feel the needle. Mom was very happy with the experience she had today and was very thankful to Jae for her great work!
I went in today to get my bloodwork done, forgot my insurance card, and my phlebotomist Jeshon was so kind and patient. She called my doctors office and got my insurance information and I never felt the stick when she took my blood. Usually it takes at least 2-3 times of getting stuck. She was lovely and this is the first time I can say I enjoyed getting my blood taken 😊
