Because of my job, I travel throughout the southeast. I have never seen a nicer gym. This downtown Proof gym location has it all. Great customer service, a person is always cleaning, modern equipment and a great stereo system throughout the gym. I highly recommend this gym.
I absolutely love this gym! The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of modern equipment and clean, spacious workout areas. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Classes are diverse and engaging, catering to all fitness levels. The atmosphere is motivating and energizing, making each visit a pleasure. Overall, I can't recommend this gym enough – it's a definite 5/5 for me!
