I have to confess that I went to several other staffing agencies before going to BDI. Big mistake!! If you are serious about working BDI will help you! I had some barriers but they believed in me and told me they would work hard to get me working, they did just that. I am ecstatic with my new career, yes career! I applied with BDI and they had me come it and get to know me a bit and got me an interview the next day!!!! And I Got highered! When that one didn't work out they got me another interview 2 days later and I get the job and I love it!!! I would still be unemployed if it wasnt for BDI Because I didnt really have any work experience but they work hard and fast to get you employed and I'm so grateful someone suggested them to me =)

Dec 17, 2014 I definitely am dissatisfied.
I went in, spent time and took a drug test and tried to work with them. They are poor in how they operate very poorly. For one, the hiring manager sent me to a job that didnt need me and he realizes I have no car, didnt pay for my transportation cost since it was his fault so my loss huh? Second strike, he scheduled me to a job that was impossible for mw to reach and normally agencies print out transit directions but he didnt. They close early on Friday so no way to cancel sudden arrangements. This company gets a zero.

We have used BDI Staffing for three recent temps to hire. Jasun and Todd are awesome to work with! Jasun is our main contact and Todd knows everything about our jobs as well and can step in if Jasun happens to be out of the office. <br /> <br /> They listened to what we wanted and searched for individuals who might fit our office culture. We were able to interview and choose who we would like to come out and work with us for three months to see if they were a good fit for our organization.
