I have nothing bad to say about this dealership! We drove 10 hours to look at a rust-free, top of the line truck, that we purchased just hours later! Preferred Auto Sales has one of a kind salesman and great owners! Upon arrival, our truck was fresh from the shop, clean inside and out and even an oil change! Excellent service, excellent people, excellent vehicles! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend anyone and everyone to check out this dealership. We would most defiantly visit again.
(HONEST PEOPLE) (WELL DESERVED FIVE STARS) My first impression of this place was confused because they literally only had two vehicles and I could only afford one out of the two cars available. I met Carley Brown first and she took me for a test drive and I actually ended up loving the Chevy impala more than I thought I would and it drove great and had no apparent issues and Carley had told me the car was a really good car that she had often used as a personal car for work if she had to go to the tag office or to a different lot and she told me it was a really good car, she seemed really sweet and her and the owner (Larry Dawson) were just really down to earth and weren't pushy salespeople just trying to make a buck. That is saying a lot because I had been to several other dealerships and got the typical runaround and b.s. and I didn't get that vibe from these people. Carley told me her husband Billy was the owner of a local mechanic shop called (Top Tech Automotive) and if there were any issues with the car that I could take it there and they would cover the cost and because I was buying the car "As Is" they didn't owe me anything after I drove away and I honestly didn't believe her 100% but it did give me a peace of mind and I went ahead and bought it because she seemed so honest. It wasn't a week later after buying the car that it started to act up and the engine light popped on and at that point I thought "oh no I had bought a lemon and I would be stuck with it and no way to fix it" but I was wrong! I hadn't even picked up the title and this car was having issues so I decided to call Carley and she told me to call her husband at top tier and they would cover the cost. I honestly couldn't believe it. These sales people owed me nothing. So I took my car to his shop and they ended up fixing the Throttle position sensor and thermostat and some frayed wires that needed to be repaired. Larry had completely covered all the cost and it has been driving great since then. I did forget to mention he had the car priced at $4500 and sold it to me for $3200 out the door which was a blessing in its self. So if you are looking to buy a car and your looking for an honest dealership then look no further than preferred Auto Sales because these people are actually good people who care about their customers and their reputation. Like I said its kinda anyone's worst nightmare to buy a car and something go wrong within the first week of owning it but thats what happened to me (and this can happen to anyone) except this place was HONEST and they kept their word even though they could have easily said "you bought the car "As Is" and its your responsibility to repair it" but they didn't. I will be forever grateful for Carley Brown and Larry Dawson for being honest and just good people who own a buisness and have made it their goal to help people and get families a means of transportation. So thank you again Larry & Carley for blessing me and my family! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a good car!
