Very friendly people and very professional to work with. I set up an initial visit with Brian Ihnat and we did a review of my tax situation and he walked me thru what likely would take place. From that point, Becky Benudiz stepped in and took care of the OTC issues and got the ball rolling on the Federal side. I have to say, Becky kept me informed and up to date on EVERYTHING! I had ZERO issues with process and Becky did the majority of the leg work and paper work to get my payment plan in place. I didn't have to deal with the OTC or IRS personally during this process, Becky Benudiz and Mandy James took care off things for me and just kept me informed on what was taking place and the next steps that would be taking place.
