Best value for the money, time and getting myself back into a regular fitness routine. Being older and really out of shape doesn’t matter. There is something for everyone. The 30 minute circuit course is just what I need starting out. 2 to 3 times a week makes it less intimidating and easy to maintain. Check back in 6 months and I hope to share pics of my transformation 🤗
