Pioneer Plumbing was great to work with and I'll happily recommend them to family and friends. Greg and his office made the process really easy. I had my main plumbing stack replaced and they took their time to do a quality job. I had several questions before, and during, and Greg was really nice to chat with and answered all of my questions. They completed the work faster than I expected and I appreciate them doing a good cleaning job afterward. Finding someone who cares about their work is important and I'll happily work with them on anything else in the future.
This is our 1st winter in our home, so we were bound to have issues. The other day, due to the below freezing temperatures somewhere, our pipes froze. We were unable to locate the issue, so we started calling around.
Greg came for an emergency call the same day. He was able to locate the issue where I didn't expect it in, our garage, a copper pipe was frozen solid. He was able to defrost the pipe and we got running water again! He also let me know what to do to prevent it from happening again since our garage is unheated. Thankfully, we lucked out too and no pipes burst in the process. I dont know if it was his technique or just the luck of the year, but we are very happy!
