I wanted to compliment two of your employees. Two very professional and intelligent men came out to my house today for Termite treatment. (Doug & Brandon) The knowledge they had on termites and the damages they cause was unbelievable, and was definitely a learning experience for me as well. I’m very pleased with the work Peeler Environmental provided today along with the genuine customer service. As a consumer of your product and services I would definitely hire Peeler Environmental again for my extermination needs.

I want to again express my satisfaction with the way that Keith Collins manages my house and property. He is the utmost professional and is very thorough with his service. I'd like to have my account managed strictly by him at all times. Thank you for your cooperation with this. I always recommend Peeler to my friends and neighbors, who also seem to have major ant issues. Think this sub-dicvision unfortunately was built on an ant farm...... :-) . Thanks again for our reminders when a service call is due, really helpful.

Mark came out to inspect our home. He is always very nice and professional. We appreciate that. No reflection on Mark, but a little communication prior to the bill for servive change could have been shared with existing customers. That was in poor taste, just my 2 cents, and personal opinion. We're not in favor of paying for service prior to receiving.

Your service is excellent and we will recommend you to anyone who needs your type of service. You have been inspecting our home since it was completed in 2010. Mr. Brown did an excellent inspection both inside and outside. He informed us that everything was good, Mr. Brown informed us that if we needed any additional services or help to please call the office. Mr. Brown stated that he would see us in 2016 for our annual inspection. Thanks again for following up on your service.

Each year, I work my schedule around the availability of Mark Trexler. He has been coming to my home for years, and I want no other than him......because he truly provides the MOST thorough service of any pest control person I have ever met. He remembers my pets, children, and simply knows my home and situation......even though we only see him for routine maintenance. I cannot imagine anyone servicing my account other than him......he truly is the greatest in customer service. Thrilled he has been there so long, as it is truly comforting having the same person coming to my home year after year! Thank you, Mark!

Although scheduled to be a routine inspection, Eric took the time to reinstall a couple of termite traps and spend the time to provide a recap of his findings , plus answer questions.
