Mark has inspected and sprayed our house several times in the last few years. He always does an excellent job and he keeps us informed if he finds any areas of concern. He is very thorough, professional, and pleasant.

Hello..i had a pest control service yesterday and I received an email from vance brown to leave a review but when i opened the email it said page not found so i wanted to send in my feedback. Just wanted to let you know vance was extremely professional and courteous....he was very knowlegeable and informative. The entire outfit is very impressive about having an online account , the email reminders and sending a picture of the service rep along with his profile, it makes you feel much safer letting someone in your home. Susan provided me with excellent customer service. She responded to me with in depth answers in a very timely manner. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made it clear that I could reach out to her if I had any questions, and she was very helpful when I had to. It is nice to see employees who not only care about their jobs, but the people they service. Susan is a great asset to your customer service team, she is a key reason that I will recommend this company to others.

Brandon was very helpful and informative about his inspection. He showed me pictures and the general location of some problem areas. He also informed me about the past treatments, warranty and what we need to do to transfer that information to our account once we purchase the house. He also informed me what to do if we do some work to the propert.

Brandon was right on time and introduced himself. He started his thorough inspection outside our home and then spent quite a long time under inspecting. I was impressed that he had a modern tool along with his flashlight and screwdriver and that was his tablet or an iPad. I say this not just because of the honest "No Termite Evidence Found" inspection but I'm convinced that Brandon represents a trusted model pest control company today. Honesty and integrity is becoming more and more scarce with companies we have to do business with nowadays. My wife and I are up in years and worried about high pressure sales scare tactics. We never felt any pressure from Brandon. He offered us preventive treatment at a reasonable price. We feel confident recommending Peeler Environmental to our friends and family. We will definitely call them again for our future Pest Control needs. Thank You Brandon and Peeler Environmental for a job well done!
