Peeler Environmental continues to impress me with regard to its thoroughness in inspecting and controlling termites at my residence. I don't know of anything I could suggest for improvement.
We contacted Peeler Environmental in hopes of eliminating the rodents we recently found were trying to infest our home. Steve was very helpful over the phone and set up an appointment ASAP. Curtis came out the very next day and was very professional and set up everything to get rid of these pests once and for all! He completely put my mind at ease and gave us tips on how to help prevent them from getting into the house in the future! I feel so much better knowing that Peeler Environmental is taking care of the problem after I tried and failed!!! They are so great to work with, curtious, professional and very reasonable prices!
Answers questions we might have. Gave us some advice on ant issue, even sprayed for us in problem area. Through job
I was in line at the grocery store talking to my husband about the termites that our neighbor had in the past and how worried I was that our home could be getting damaged if we have them. Doug standing behind us told me that he is a termite technician with Peeler Envronmental and started educating us on how termites are here in the south being we are from the north. He was very outspoken and knew everything there was to know about this house Destroying insect. He came out on his own and inspected our crawlspace and the garage to the fullest!! We will be expanding our services with Peeler after the holidays. A big thanks to Doug and his helpfulness to my family and I!!!
Brandon took his time and thoroughly examined all areas in a very methodical way. When asked questions he was informative and professional. Highly recommend the services.

Curtis Haire was did an outstanding job taking care of carpenter Ants. He was very friendly and very informative. He went above and beyond by checking everything in my crawlspace and the moisture level. I highly recommend Curtis and Peeler Environmental. I am beyond pleased with the service I received
Suzan was great at getting me scheduled QUICKLY for a termite inspection as we are purchasing a home. Then we needed treatment and it was scheduled for Monday on a Friday. Even helped to find a water testing place for me. She was the Best! Brandon our tech was great. Very courteous.
Heath Taylor arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed my issue, which was somewhat surprising to me. What I believed to be the issue, carpenter ant damage around a door, was minor. He identified the majority of my ant population in the area as fire ants-- quite a shocker. He recognized that the bite I had gotten on Tuesday was not from a carpenter ant or common ant, but a fire ant sting. Since I am allergic and react to any ant bite, his generous sharing of information about dealing with ants in the house and yard was especially valuable.
Curtis Haire did a great job--very knowledgeable and professional. Certainly he saw his job as one of necessity to be thorough and pleasing to the customer. An extra bonus, furthermore, was that of his taking the time to explain to the consumer about the process and materials used.
