Our house was full of spiders when we first moved in and the rental company would not foot the bill. I was referred to Vance by a mutual friend and he has been amazing. He does a wonderful job, and we don't see spiders after he visits! This family of Arachnophobics thanks you! Now we can sleep peacefully. ?

My house has had termite stations for quite some time. At the last station check, Mark determined that the placement of the stations may be insufficient. He scheduled to come back in July, which he just did, and he modified the number of stations to ensure we stay on top of any future termite activity. Mark always does a through job of explaining what he's doing... and he is always courteous, paptient & friendly

He was prompt (actually early which I appreciated) and was very friendly, informative and professional. Explained the problem, what he was going to do and what I needed to do going forward. Explained how to anticipate results and what to do if I have further problems. Appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and to be so cordial!
