Shocked and Amazed and Very Disappointed

During December, 2015 I called Peeler to switch our account from a quarterly billing to a payment a year in advance. I specifically asked for a start date that would include our November property billings. That invoice had just come into our office. I also asked that the billing be split between the two separate properties. I was assured that they could do this. This week I received a second billing for November with late payment interest charges attached. I called the firm today and reminded them of what we had discussed in December. Again they indicated they would be happy to do the change but we had to pay the late amount due first. The only reason it was late was because I was expecting a year in advance billing that would have included that service. I spoke with Steve about this and he stuck to that line. Peeler is getting their November payment along with the late fee. We have also terminated our account with the firm. I handle more than 400 properties statewide and have never been dealt with in such a poor manner by a pest control firm. Your Owner should be very proud of you Steve...intransigence costs you all of our future business when all you had to do was the right thing.
