Mark was at my home recently for a routine termite inspection... this is included in my regular contracted service. Both times I've interacted with Mark, he's been courteous, thorough, serious about what he does and yet, when I ask him questions he is incredibly patient and kind as he educates me about what he looks for. He's a terrific ambassador for your company and a valued asset to helping me keep my home protected.
Kim was very punctual, professional, professional and thorough. Answered my questions and gave me good advice too.
Dennis did an excellent job and was very thorough working on our problem areas. Dennis was also very knowledgeable explaining what he was working on.
Max is always very kind and professional. He explains why he's here and asks me if there is anything specific I need done. Max always completes his work in a timely manner. I will definitely continue with Peeler Environmental.
