We talked last week, made a decision to order a new dehumidifier, did the estimate, signed the agreement, ordered the parts, closed the deal and set the appointment for installation. All of this was done in a matter of a few days and Suzan and Brandon Gregory did it ALL!! Superior customer service by both employees.
