Annual Structure Inspection Liq Renewal: This is the second year I have renewed my termite bond with Peeler Environmental. To begin with, their service was highly recommended by a home inspector very well respected in the area. From the time I contacted Peeler Environmental and was registered by their superb office staff, I had total control of my contract, invoicing, services, etc. not unlike other top companies, but fairly rare in this industry. Peeler Environmental left a phone mail message notifying me of my tentative appointment with the flexibility on my part to change it. Additionally, another call was made the day before the scheduled appointment to re-verify appointment. On the day of the appointment, the Service Professional sent an email confirming his time of arrival. At the exact time of the scheduled inspection, the Service Professional - MARK TREXLER - arrived. Mr. Trexler was professional, pleasant and very proficient in performing the annual inspection. He discussed findings after the inspection in depth and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of what was found suggesting potential causes/remedies. Mr. Trexler was a good listener, friendly, knew the area very well and the most common problems/concerns home owners face in my area. In summary, Mr. Trexler and Peeler Environmental exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to any responsible home owner!
