Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!!
Our circumstance is unique as we engaged Peeler Environment 'long distance'. I contacted them last September (2021) to address a horrendous roach infestation in the home of my elderly aunt and uncle in Salisbury. (I live in Kentucky) The office staff was very helpful and worked with me to arrange treatment for my relatives. Jonathan McDowell was the technician assigned to the project. What a project it was! I can't say enough good things about Jonathan. He handled it so professionally, knowing how best to treat the extreme problem, while being 'sensitive' and understanding of my elderly relatives. He kept me informed by phone every step of the way. Over the next several months, he was able to eliminate the infestation going over and beyond any level of service I would have expected. He has continued monthly visits which is keeping the home virtually roach free. If Jonathan is representative of the rest of the Peeler staff, I can, without any hesitation, highly recommend Peeler Environmental for all your pest control needs. Great job, Jonathan, and all the folks at Peeler!!
