Excellent Customer Service
Susan provided me with excellent customer service. She responded to me with in depth answers in a very timely manner. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made it clear that I could reach out to her if I had any questions, and she was very helpful when I had to. It is nice to see employees who not only care about their jobs, but the people they service. Susan is a great asset to your customer service team, she is a key reason that I will recommend this company to others.
